Owner's Quarters
The owners enjoy a private living room (with an original fireplace), that connects to their master bedroom and bathroom. The suite has a private entrance and is on the first floor. An option for new owners is to make the large third floor suite (currently unused) into owner’s quarters and turn the first-floor suite into an income producing guest room.
