Charlotte & Chuck Anderson

Charlotte (Charlie) Anderson is the CEO of Restoration Hospitality, Inc. and her husband, Chuck is the Managing Partner of Restoration Property Management.  Together they owned and operated Lucille’s Mountaintop Inn in Sautee, GA, from 2015 – 2020.  During that time, they were able to increase both revenue and the property’s overall value by 50%.

After selling their Inn, they began working with their broker, Marilyn Bushnell, as consultants and later as associates within her organization to help potential buyers pursue the dream of Inn ownership and to work with current owners that are ready to move on to other opportunities.  

Charlotte focuses more on operations, guest experience, and interior design.  Chuck focuses more on finances, marketing, and technical issues.  In addition to their significant hands-on experience from Lucille’s both bring an additional wealth of business and technical acumen from working in a variety of other industries for almost 30 years prior to their time as innkeepers.

When not actively involved in home renovation or hospitality-related projects, they are most often found walking with their dogs somewhere out in the woods or on the beach.
